Journey 1

Court / Agency Participant

  1. Referral or intake received.
  2. Pending Review and documentation check.
  3. Required service fee invoice assigned.
  4. Program A sessions delivered with case notes and assessment tracking.
  5. Completion documented and closeout packet issued only after payment arrangements are documented or sliding-scale approval is completed.
Journey 2

Voluntary Curriculum Participant

  1. Interest or intake submitted.
  2. Fit review for Program B and support needs.
  3. Suggested contribution or sponsorship path selected.
  4. Workbook, sessions, assessments, and referral growth tracked.
  5. Completion and certificate release only after payment arrangements are documented or sliding-scale approval is completed, then schedule 30/60/90 day follow-up.
Journey 3

Hardship Assistance Applicant

  1. Request assistance form submitted.
  2. Eligibility review and participant agreement confirmation.
  3. Quote comparison and funding review.
  4. Service case approved, scheduled, or placed on hold.
  5. Completion, stewardship follow-up, and optional curriculum referral.

Communication Rule

Every participant should always know: current status, next step, missing documentation, and who to contact. If one of those is unclear, the journey is incomplete.

For court-linked participants, use the Community Service Time Sheet for date/time logs, initials, and certification signatures.
