Journey 1
Court / Agency Participant
- Referral or intake received.
- Pending Review and documentation check.
- Required service fee invoice assigned.
- Program A sessions delivered with case notes and assessment tracking.
- Completion documented and closeout packet issued only after payment arrangements are documented or sliding-scale approval is completed.
Journey 2
Voluntary Curriculum Participant
- Interest or intake submitted.
- Fit review for Program B and support needs.
- Suggested contribution or sponsorship path selected.
- Workbook, sessions, assessments, and referral growth tracked.
- Completion and certificate release only after payment arrangements are documented or sliding-scale approval is completed, then schedule 30/60/90 day follow-up.
Journey 3
Hardship Assistance Applicant
- Request assistance form submitted.
- Eligibility review and participant agreement confirmation.
- Quote comparison and funding review.
- Service case approved, scheduled, or placed on hold.
- Completion, stewardship follow-up, and optional curriculum referral.
