BUSI Curriculum Standards
This standard defines learning outcomes, completion rules, and facilitator delivery expectations for Program A and Program B.
Program A
Anger Management Track
Core Learning Objectives
- Identify personal escalation triggers and de-escalation techniques.
- Demonstrate accountability language during conflict reflection.
- Apply structured communication in family, workplace, and community settings.
- Complete restitution and responsibility action planning.
Completion Criteria
- Minimum 90% attendance of required sessions.
- All required worksheets submitted and reviewed.
- Facilitator confirms behavioral plan is complete.
- Pre/Post assessment completed.
Program B
Faith & Community Track
Core Learning Objectives
- Build stewardship habits for time, finances, and relationships.
- Strengthen faith-based decision-making and accountability.
- Participate in community contribution and referral growth.
- Develop a 30-day personal restoration plan.
Completion Criteria
- Minimum 75% attendance of planned sessions.
- Workbook and reflection activities completed.
- Community action or referral milestone documented.
- Pre/Post assessment completed.
Facilitator Delivery Standard
- Every session must include objective review, instruction, guided practice, and reflection closeout.
- Every session must produce a case note with progress and next-step commitments.
- High-risk flags must be escalated to leadership within 24 hours.
- All completion decisions require facilitator signature and date.
